Our mission is to enable organizational growth and innovation by working together with our clients to accelerate high levels of value.
The LDR Story
Inspired by our challenges in combat, the courtroom, and the boardroom, LDR was founded with the belief that great people make great teams, and great teams can accomplish extraordinary results. At our core is the concept that human capital is the bedrock of all value creation, and maximizing human capital requires constant alignment, coordination, and an unrelenting passion for the ride.
Environmental and social responsibility are central to our core.
Environmental and social responsibility drives our pro bono work, client engagements, and community service. Founded by military veterans and led by socially and environmentally engaged professionals, we are committed to doing our part to better the communities we serve. Beyond donating pro bono hours with various nonprofit organizations, we are committed to the environment and reducing the footprint of business operations. In addition, we work with clients to make sustainability not only a source of social responsibility, but a a source of ongoing and increasing value.
